which we call "Workshop of Indian Decorative Art", will be offered to visitors eager to gain knowledge and skills in this field of our life and culture. The workshop will (besides subject-related excursions to the Shekhawati area) include lectures and practical exercises. The participants will be introduced to local pottery, textile ("tie and die") - body (henna) - decoration, into the local methods of ornamenting houses and rooms and into the arts of miniature- and wall painting for which the area is famous for all over the world.
